Does every player need a phone?
Phone requirements depend on the hunt format. The public hunt page or booking confirms whether each player needs the app. Anyone playing on a phone should bring it charged and have mobile data available.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Weather arrangements depend on the booking terms. Contact PuzzleDuck as early as possible to discuss rescheduling or other practical options.
How accessible are the hunts?
Public places can change because of roadworks, closures, or other local conditions. Share access requirements before booking so the proposed route and any known constraints can be checked and discussed.
